Finishing WPC components

WPC (Wood Plastic Compound) is a material mix primarily used for exterior applications such as porch and deck flooring, fences, shutters, and blinds. We help you to achieve the desired surface structure and finish.

The material WPC has become increasingly important in recent years. The combination of wood and plastic is used for various outdoor applications, such as for terraces or fences.

Special surface requirements call for special tools

We support the production of the desired surface quality with customer-specific tool solutions. One WPC material is not the same as another. Depending on the composition of the WPC mixture and the manufacturing process of the boards, there are different and specific requirements for the tool.

The brushing tool is therefore adapted to the following points, for example:

Surface structure with its coloring
Surface geometry (e.g. stepped contour)
Surface finish
Dust removal and removal of production-related residues

We develop specific brushing tools in close cooperation with WPC processing manufacturers. The primary objective here is clearly defined:

Achieving and ensuring repeatable production of the required surface structure to the highest quality standards

Roller brushes: Standard configurations

Roller brushes are ideal for processing WPC boards. They are used in various stationary throughfeed machines and are individually designed for your requirements according to the above-mentioned aspects.
